Because your time is limited, prepare a concise yet forceful presentation with effective visual aids.
Create the PowerPoints for your presentation; then, record your voiceover and/or your webcam picture of yourself while you present the show.

First get your material together, then create the PowerPoints for your presentation, and finally, record yourself using your webcam and the Power Point presentation while you present the material. Part of the points in the rubric is for skill with technology including the use of a webcam. Please take a look at the rubric in the assignment. It might be helpful to do a trial run using Screencast-O-Matic program. It will also be very helpful to check out the Checklist in Chapter 14 of your text book. It is found on page 525. It is called Checklist – Preparing and Organizing Oral Presentations.
