A viable problem statement is REQUIRED for you to start your doctoral study. The problem statement is a mini story of about 200 words and must include the 4 following elements:

The general problem is that leaders are not utilizing employment saving tools such as telework. The specific business problem is that business owners in the IT industry lack strategies to leverage telecommuting.
Although the rubric statements a maximum word count of 150, the Problem Statement can be effectively written in four sentences; one for each of the four specific components. Do not include any explanatory, prescriptive, or causative information.
