1. Much is made of the new ‘born global’ companies that have emerged over the last 30 or so years. How do these organisations differ from those that expand internationally according to other theoretical models? Do you think these types of organisations are likely to grow in frequency and importance in the future, and if so what conditions will promote or retard this?
2.Although global e-commerce has grown exponentially and is expected to continue to do so, it has encountered obstacles and barriers. Analyse and discuss these, using examples to strengthen and clarify your answer. Also explain some of the challenges faced by international marketers in the areas of global branding and e-based products and services.
