Please email to me as soon as possible the research topic and the main question that you’ll be answering in your research paper. 1) First Steps: Give careful thought to the research topic and the main question you’ll be answering in your research paper. 2) Prepare your research plan. The research plan should reflect your ideas about the various sub-questions you need to research. The plan should include, for example, research to find back-up (in the form of credible sources) for the position you have chosen to take in your research paper. Such credible sources should include: a. Research of case decisions; b. research and application of legal principles; c. researching of academic articles; d. research of statistics, if applicable; etc.
