In every organisation, there is a culture which consists of an acceptable and traditional way of doing things. Within the organisation, communication and group behaviour of each employee is key to the organisation well-being and smooth operation. How the employee dress, relate to each other and act towards one another is very important (Harris&Nelson, 2008).The employee gets used to the culture and changing it becomes difficult. If the employees are used to hoarding information and lacking contact among employees, changing to a culture of openness and free exchange may take long and a lot of tact. It is impossible to imagine a successful organisation which to does not pay much concern to its organisational communication and behaviour of their employees. The ultimate goal of any organisation is to succeed in its business operations.
