The social change I chose is the freedom to explore sexuality in its various forms without being condemned by society for my choice. Though we all understand that sex was sought by some outside of marriage, we are equally aware that if caught, those engaged in adultery or extra-marital sex would be condemned by society. Think for example of Hawthorne’s famous novel The Scarlet Letter.
